Looks good.
I would turn the tail servo around so it doesnt get swiped by the blades.

Thanks, first real heli so I'm learning as I go with a lot of helifreak help. I will mount the servo on the left with the horn facing right, correct?

Canomod blinker from helidirect, it was the closest match I could find to the fusuno on the 500. It cost more than I wanted to pay for a 450 size canopy but I just had to have it!

Tell us about your set up. What did you do to swing 350 blades and what battery set up?

Heli # 1.......CNC helicopter frames, HK2221-2010, CC esc, BeastX, Rave 450 FBL head, Rave boom sleeved w/ TT boom, and a 453 belt I bought along time ago. The weight is about 980 grams
Heli # 2.... Stock plastic frames, old Outrage 1700KV motor, CC esc, CX-3X1000, modified stock head for FBL, Rave boom also sleeved w/ TT boom, & 453 belt. The weight is about 948 grams.

The Thunder Tiger 448 belt used w/ the scale fuselages would work also for stretching helis. Both are running 5065`s on cyclics, 5084`s on tail, & 6S batteries. I decided to use the Rave booms but they are 13mm so I sleeved them w/ Thunder Tiger booms to fit tailcase & boom mounts. To do this I wrap one layer of tape on rave boom as needed and slit the cut down pieces of TT booms so they would clamp onto rave boom as you tighten the screws in tailcase and boom mounts. If and when I have to replace a boom, I will use a mini protos boom to sleeve the rave booms because they fit tighter on the rave booms. I know I could have used carbon booms here but most are pultruded w/ thick walls.
The tail ratio has been changed on both also. The blades for now are rotor techs

Here's my MT v1.

Stock motor and ESC; Turnigy NanoTech 2200mAh Li-Po; JR DS285's on cyclic, DS3400 on the tail; Logictech 2100 gyro; KBDD paddles and TR blades, main blades are generic SAB look-a-likes from e-Bay; Pro Line "assault" canopy.

Upgraded to CNCheli.com upper and lower mixing arms on the stock plastic head.

Default mini upgrades, lights, carbon fiber, canopy, and landing gear.

Im happy with all my upgrades or changers i have done to my mini titan this week. (thanks to uncle sam ). I put those Gaui landing gear on it. This was a huge improvment along with a new FRP canopy from TT. This canopy is awsome. It looks so much better then the stock canopy. I upgraded the tail to all allow. Again another huge improvement over the plastic tail. I installed Curtos Youngblood carbon fiber tail and main rotar blades. I also did some preventative maintenance on the heli such as new belt, some new bearings and lube throughtout. Oh, I forgot about the Flight System LED kit. The lights look cool! They actual blink (or are steady depending on which one/location). Here are some pictures. sorry some are a little blurry.

Nice canopy Fredrik.

I discovered that mounting your tail servo the other way around saves it from blade strike in a crash.

Happy flying

Fresh after a rebuild. Going through some of the other pics I see my Canopy come up on a few others as well. They look great in the air, good visibility. I wouldn't normally splurge but it had a hairline scratch on the bottom and sold as 'cracked' for almost half price and the little thing has been good to me so a little TLC.

same remark as above concerning tail servo orientation/location: change it or you'll be sorry at some point

You mean gyro? And yes - gyro at the top + flybar = broken gyro case in crash. I was lucky as gyro pad gave up first and just cleanly peeled off. Since then my gyro was in the frame.

Now - it is again at the top: but I have removed flybar and gyro is in nice metal case with orange label

No I really meant the tail servo, mounting it with the case protruding from the left of the tail instead of the right as in the picture.
