Lynh, are you changing motor as well now? Why? 750-56 Comp not good enough?

Oh no William,

What I meant was I can't edit post either to say don't waste your money on SAB speed blades as they won't fit.

Right now I have the Secraft arms that I may use, but I may just trim the 451 T arms and use them.

The reason that I changed from the original X-Nova 4530 is that the XTS is recommended over what I originally planned on running. The thick wire XTS version would be more heat resistant than the thin wire version and it is more like the Comp motors, from what I was told.

Yes, as per original prototype #13.

I'm re-posting my setup, because a couple of things have changed:

X-Nova XTS 4530-525 4+5YY
WOH black Kosmik Cool 200A w/Optipower Ultraguard
BLS451's on cyclic
BLS 251 on tail
DH 711's
Beast X

I'm still going to initially run in 12s, and change over to 14s later.

Thanks! Got the email that my Cool will ship today, and my S is already in route to Peak. Hopefully I'll have her ready to go by SEFF.

Jason,

Doesn't the S get shipped directly from Gerd to you?

Very nice black KK.

How come you didn't go for the X- Nova 4535?

Not in the States I guess, since Peak Aircraft is the minicopter distributor here. So technically, I bought it from Peak, not minicopter. Guess Chuck get it, and forwards it to me.

A far as motors, I originally was going to run 12s, and still am BC I just realized that I can't charge 7s batteries with my charger. Also, I was going to use a new Jeti Mezon that I had, then upgrade the ESC and motor at a later date. I was not getting the XTS version 4530, but was told it would be better, so I changed to that, and then just ended up selling my the Mezon that I was going to use. I can always upgrade and use that motor in something else.

Rich

I mounted my 800mAH 2S buffer pack on the underbelly of my KK200.

Then the cable comes out on the side for ease of plugging.

If you look at my other thread, I am only using the servo plugs as connectors, the rest of the cable has been upgraded.
