I can confirm that the capacitors on my Edge 160 are 50 volt and 680uf.
Instead of giving Castle a bad rap for their service, why not e-mail Castle where they will give you a quick answer........

What was the outcome of this? I too have blown caps on my 160hv. I also sent an email to CC and got no response. I'm going to call them, but I'm out of the country for a bit and was wondering if I could just place an order so the parts are there when I come home.

Just buy some ordinary 50v 680uf caps from an electronics store. They might be a bit larger in diameter and shorter, but they'll fit. Shorter caps make the esc more compact in size. On my cc160 the legs of one cap broke by itself (causing a shutdown in midflight) so I had to replace both external caps. Flies fine with the cheap caps, can't notice any difference.

They want you to send it in for repairs, not give free information on something most people can't repair anyway (most people in this hobby excluded). Really, it's good business sense, but they should have at least replied.
