I've seen pictures where the blades are actually stamped as B Surface. Is this true for all blades types and sizes?

All my 715Bs have been stamped that way.

Stamped on a set of 555s.

If they didn't, some unscrupulous character would make a mint out of selling them on as the proper thing.
