Default CPll + 15mph wind and I'm impressed!

Just did a couple flights with 15 mph wind - 20 mph gusts - and I'm impressed

About half way into my 3rd battery I had to land because it was getting too wild. It wasn't very easy to land since the wind was lifting my heli to the sky and I was afraid to slam it if the gust would cut suddenly but the STABILITY was amazing. The heli was rock solid and very predictable even with sideways gusts.

I'm so new to this that I don't think I could fly a whole battery FF without crashing and I'm flying high winds and coming home with my heli intact

Good job CPll guys! Just don't hump the prices up ehh

Thanks for the report! Glad it's working so well for you

I'm still pondering whether to go with CPII or get another Helicommand for my 600n

It was very windy here in Philly today and the CP2 held my TREX500 very well. The wind was really beating on my heli and push it all over the place, side ways and up. I don't think I was have flown if were not for the CP2.

Night, so far so good but I have not had a chance to fly until today and I only did some figure 8s . The wind was very strong and when I let go of the stick the heli got blown off course very quickly. At one time, I had the heli very high and a strong gust of wind caught it and I had to quickly put in negative pitch to avoid it being blown away. My heart skipped a bit on that one. Only time will tell if my unexplained crashes are over with.

Better hang on to your money Night, I'm broke again, bought an RTF Rappy 550e, with a 9303 radio.

Moving HC over to it, so I hope I don't have to go thru Hell to get to Heaven again, so stand by in case I want to smash it with a hammer.
