Default SJM 400? Is this a real one or not?

http://www.bananahobby.com/1240.html

I've never heard of this shop before and was wondering if this was a legit SJM after hearing about all of the knock offs.

Another question is how do the class sizes line up with the SJM's? I was just wondering size wise which Trex did they corrolate to?

I thought of another question, would an Aligh GP750 and DS520 be a good combo for the SJM400 or would the DS420 be a better tail servo?

Just trying to get a feel of these SJM birds before I decide to get one.

it is slightly smaller than the T-rex 450.

SJM400 uses 305mm long blades and the T-rex 450 uses 325mm blades.

perhaps Scott from RC-Tek can chime in wether it is a knock off or not...

the SJM325 is the same size as the rex 450

I would recommend PM Scott regarding your queries.

I have recently Purchased one of the SJM500V3 from Scott. the engineering on these models is awesome. However I am yet to fly it. Waiting on insurance after someone stole my car with my T-rex 600 and control set inside!!!

The SJM 400 is identical to one of the APlus models..... It IS real, since there's one racked on my wall! As is Banana Hobby.

BTW.... Blade choices are very limited...... I use 315mm HDX blades with the SJM adapter grips.

heli from link is a original chines version.
you can by it for 2x more $ in rc-tech
it is very good heli but it is difficulty to bay replace parts. sjm stop production of that heli some time a go.

in configuration comes from bannana hobby you will get blades grips witch will give you possibility to mount only original blades 290mm.
if you bay optional parts http://www.rc-tek.com/us_store/sjup4...pcs-p2128.html
you will be able to mount standard blades from t-rex up to 315mm
result almoust 450 class RTF weight 650 gram

config ds410 for swash and ds520 for tail with 750 is realy good desision.
allsow put to it a 430L motor not xl. xl is to strong to it. on 430l you will get good proportion of power to weight

good lock.

sory for my english
