Default What is the lowest capacity allowed?

I have been using lifepo4 from HK in the last year, but since I don't know how much mah I am allowed to use, I am charging every 3 flights...

Please help me here; out of 2200 2s lifepo4 bat. - what percentage can I use and still stay on the safe side?

Thanks!

OK, found it;
1. You can discharge up to 80% of the original capacity.
2. Working voltage 3V-3.3V, with 2V minimum allowed for cell integrity.
