I would like to know the impressions of you about these 2 machines.
Please, only guys that already piloted both helicopters.

flown both not a fan of the Align at all. not happy unless its being flown at 2600+ rpm..
smaller packs..
smaller motor mount allowing a VERY small amount of motors..
servo setup..

Fusion
happy all day long at 2200 and screams doing it
can handle HUGE 700 class motors
can handle 3700 packs stock.. bigger with aftermarket tray
easy to build and maintain..
my only whine with it..

gyro tray blows.. big hassle if you dont want to use a full size vbar..

I just sold my 600EFL Pro to build a second Fusion 50. I hope that is all that you need. The F50 is just a more solid design and so much easier to build, setup, repair and fly. The 600EFL needs alot of finessing to get it solid.

Ceevee not sure what you mean.. the mini-v is not a hassle at all! It fits right in there and there is a hole on the top for the cord right about the usb port.

See it tucked right in there?

The two birds don't compare really IMHO. The Trex, although nice, just feels weird to me. I have flow both. The fusion feels light and floaty whereas the Trex 600 feels fast and twitchy. Not to say the Fusion isn't fast. You can't go wrong with the F50. After getting my first one I sold my Trex 600 and got another Fusion.

isnt your USB blocked?...
I know when I tried to do an SK540 or a 3gx or a BeastX none worked well there at all. on the 3gx and BX you cant program with it mounted.. and the 540 the USB is biocked.

how you cant see the lights?
I sure as hell cant. the viewing angle would be super extreme to see the LED and especially the letters on the unit to know what step you are on.

No.. there is a hole on the ESC tray (near the caps on my Kontronik) large enough for the USB to pass through right smack about the USB port on the Mini-v.. it's perfect!

well, i haven't flown a 600 pro, but i've pretty much only flown align since i started, and after a lot of research i opted to try out a fusion. Haven't had any issues with it, or the way it flies. still getting used to a bigger than 500 class bird and the whole fbl thing, so it's tough to make a serious call between the two. buuuut i got a fusion, and that's why i voted fusion.

Did I have issues with my fusion? YES! and that is an understatement. Do I have issues with my fusion? YES. and thats an understatement. My four other birds are all Align, each set up and built the same way and i love em all. Bought a f50 tried to set it up the same way and its been nothing but disaster. But I hope you like yours. I've heard its a great bird, though i cant verify. LOL.

Dante... make up your mind man, one day you hate this heli, next thing you know you love it because you got it set up correctly... now you hate it again. People make mistakes, were human... somebody sent you the incorrect parts that's all. I hope you get it all straightened out soon and I feel your frustration... but I think you are overly exaggerating the situation here.

Most of your prior issues were setup issues, you even admitted to it. Incorrect LiPo's, gearing, head settings, etc...

Most of us in here have had a great experience with this heli... my Fusion has over 40 hours of flight time on it without a hitch. All I ever get is complements at the field on how smooth this thing flies.

+1 he needs to make up his mind there is about a 6 page thread of people trying to get him to set it up correctly and he couldn't accept he was at fault til right at the end and now more hating on the fusion make up ur mind lol btw my vote is strongly in favor of the fusion 50 it's like comparing an align 550 to a gaui x5 no comparison at all

Yeah, I would not take his advise on a bird. His set up was so messed up initially it was a not wonder he hated it. He was trying to fly a 600 class bird on a mCPx motor... Or something like that.

Either way, you can't go wrong with the Fusion. You will be VERY happy with it. Get off the Trex bandwagon and try something new. You will be satisfied.
