I Have NEVER flamed a company until NOW
I Ordered early March..
Showed in stock
They never shipped
Finally sent me a backorder notification
Every time I try to resolve they delay

"Would you like a refund"
"We can ship when it arrives"
"we can replace"

3 responses in a month and a half

I answer all of these Questions yes
refund or ship or anything

They just never actually do what they offer..
Now have filed a paypal claim

Sorry for your pain, but I have to tell you, I've order from them 10+ times and its been all good.

I've gotten a back order notification from them once. I had my refund in under an hour. Have you tried calling them?

Yes I have called, I have written, I have been nice... I have been aggressive ... I just get promised the refund or a battery but it never comes... Most recently I filed a paypal claim... Thier response was to tell me to drop my claim and "THEN" they would pay me... Such Liers!
