450 Anti Torque compenstaion resetting

I have a 450 pro with the 3GX mounted inverted, I set the anti Tq setting to reverse in V1.1 & in V1.2, it stayed set, yet in V2 each time I change the software settings, save it as a diffrent file name, write to the 3GX, check it it is OK, go for a fly, go back into the software, read it, the Anti tq switch has changed back to normal, all other settings are as set before the flight, , the LED still show it set to Reverse, if I do not change it it still flys OK
Any ideas?

As long as you've set the proper mounting posotion during rudder setup your good. That set's the default position.
