It is a real shame MA closed its doors. If you are looking for a company with well designed helicopters made with quality parts and very good customer support, look into Synergy. Synergy does not have the excellent phone support that MA offered, but it has it's own dedicated forum, and the owner (Matt Botos) makes himself available to answer questions or concerns.

You really need to keep up with the forums a bit more. Let this be a lesson to you. just mesin with ya. All joking aside , yeah it blows that MA shut their doors, they aint coming back either. I suspect that within the next year or so we might see some more companies go out of business. I think my next heli will probably be a goblin or Mikado, sticken with the bigger manufactures for now.

Your right I do need to keep up with the time better especially now with everything changing the way it is... but I never in my wildest dreams thought MA was in trouble ...they make the best hel is out there...yes they are exspensive but if you built a lot of helis its plan to see how much better they were IMO this is a fricken tragedy..someone has got to pick up MA GOD WE CANT LET MA die this just can't be ...I am a nitro guy all the way I love electric also and I fly else but my passion is else currently flying a nx4 which I plan to turn to gas .but my fury55, vibe 50 ,velo50 trexn600 ,raptor 30 /90 /50 are my favor its...with all those birds I spend a lot of time on the bench but its for fun it makes me happy...I'm going to buy a couple MA kits for my self for X- mas and just move on I guess

Just made my first set of night blades also and had my first night flight...it was awesome till I slung one if the batteries off ...she got a little unstable all of a sudden lol...

NO. In order for MA to come back in to the Market, their would have to be a whole new 700 class electric. While it could use most of the Whiplash design, the one way bearing needs to be moved to the main shaft. Then come up with a new name and rework the canopy. Bring out the electric ver first and then maybe a Nitro version.

That said the RC Helicopter market is fat with to many player's. I expect that we will see more company's disappears in the next year or so.

Even if I had inside knowledge I would not post it.

But that said look at the number of suppliers and the number of kits required to stay in business vs the number of kits sold.
