initializing issue on 2nd Neo

When I have my Mac ready, I plug my Neo in, USB first, then power on as you should, the blue initializing bar bounces up and down for ages, if I unplug power and the reconnect power it initializes fine, anyone know what the issue is, not had time to try setup today with one thing and another, it also took ages to get the key file sorted lol.
will do my set up tomorrow evening, or try to as not sure what the score is with this other issue.

If your power supply ramps slowly that can cause a delayed initializion. Also of the NEO is not mounted and is sliding around while plugging power in the same thing can happen..

Thank you, it was loose as I was just doing the servo set up before fastening everything down.
works fine now the mounting plate is bolted down, you learn something every day.
love the feel of the Neo, I have about 7 V bars, some silver line and some mini and now 2 Neo's, wouldn't trade them for anything lol.
