Question Motor question - stretched 300x

I just picked up a Lynx stretched 300x off of Ebay, and surprisingly, it's a lot better than I thought. After preflight, etc, flies really well.

However, the scorpion motor in it just doesnt have the power I want. It bogs badly, etc.

This bird is running a Talon 35, and I wanted some advice as to which motor to use in this case here. I'm leaning toward a Lynx/Oxy eox motor.

Will this be too much for that Talon? For now, it's running Cheetah cyclics and the stock ds76t. The tail servo will soon be replaced with a Spektrum. Fbl is BX.

Which scorpion did it come with? 2208-24..?

You might at least look at this one....scorpion HK2 2213-14. It should work with the talon 35 as the motor is rated 32 amps continuous.

No, a lot of guys run that motor with Talon 35. Great motor, 3s up to 3800rpm, over that 4s to have some flight time...

Nothing wrong with ds76t, it was one of the few things that remained stock until retirement on mine, faster and lighter than most out there, tail heavy enough anyway
