not really frank...clutch usutally doesnt slip after it hits something...at least not instantly..only if the head is completly stop will it slip. But honeslty guys respect all heli's even the little ones. But when your swinging 600mm carbon blades just expect the worst. Dont try and land it all close to yourself as you might land its little brother...if this thing hits you, it will slice you to the bone if not break/fracture your leg as will any large heli. Have fun wth it, and as for those who are stepping up from the little rex, feel the stability!

ur right, but any heli of any size or power should be treated with a LOT of respect, and the damage this thing can cause should not be under estimated.

The ESC comes with the Trex600.

I will have pitch and throttle setups later this week.

Not sure really as there is nothing that new in the head!
BUt this thing flyls like my Vibe 90! Tracks really well forwards and backwards and cyclic input is very tight feeling!

well Bob great videos. One Question. Do you cut the red wire on the ESC or just plug it into the rec. along withe the BEC pluged into the batt on the rec? Will this not double power the rec?

Just plug it in, the red wire on the esc lead is redundant as there is no BEC in the speed controller so no need to cut it.

Program it for 1, 2, 2, 2, 3
No brake, mid timing, mid voltage protection, soft start with no gov, High throttle response.

Kind of..... Thge programming is the same as the Trex450 G ESC.
