Default DS510 or DS510M with Flybarless?

Are metal gears necessary for Flybarless? I have heard some people say use plastic because they will break in a crash instead of frying the servo, others say use metal because there is more stress from fbl setups.

So I need some help, and even servo reccomendations that don't break the bank.

Thanks

I personally prefer metal gear because of bad experiences with nylons stripping. I would assume that because the servos are much more active when flying flybarless that they are more prone to wear. I know some guys prefer nylon because they break easily in a crash and save the servo, but if you arent crashing as often, why risk stripping a gear midflight? The best servos for a rex 450 are the mks ds95. These are expensive but are lightning fast, durable and look sweet. Lots of guys will argue against this but i love mine and will be sticking with em.
