Default How to remove rotor head linkages safely from micro blades?

Hi,
The other day I had to replace one tiny rotor head linkage from my msrx, I think I twisted it too much and the whole ball socket came off with it!! I took the other side off from the blade grips and same thing happened! I must be doing something wrong. Is there a tiny tool to do it or shall I just pull straight out without pulling?

Also, I noticed that there was an o-ring between the blade grip socket and the linkage, but no o-rings on the swashplate socket. Is that how it should be or do I have to add o-rings everywhere??

Pull strainght out, not twisting. On micros (like nano or 130x tail grips) I just use my fingernails to hook round the ball link connector and gently pull.

O-rings are to help keep pressure so the link has no slop on the ball. Optional, but nice to have.
