Wanted 500mm mainblades found
Found Thank you everyone for your generous offers.
Looking to pick up New or used in good condition thin, light 500mm blades, 45mm chord or less prefered, and 10mm root. Just started testing a custom 520mm /85 mm max. Strech Protos 500 Carbon. Found and bought a pair of 500mm SAB blackline 2d blades on sale from heli direct for under 50 shipped. Interested in Blackline 3d, Rjx, zeal, cyclone and I am sure others produce a true 500mm style blade as the shorter 550 style blades are usually too side and heavy. Thanks DeeBee It was immediately apparent that the power system needed an upgrade. The YGE 60 will take well more than 60amps with the addition of an aluminum heatsink, but was upgraded in favor of an KKII 80amp that supports built in datalogging. Swapped out the 3026 Scorpion 880kv 10pole, for a 4260 (~3540 stator) 600kv 14 pole motor.

If you don't mind 516mm blades there are KBDD Sport blades on ebay for $40 shipped.
They are supposed to be blemished but I can't find a single blemish on the first set I ordered. I ordered another set. There should be 1 set left.

Do you happen to know if they have a 10mm thick root or 12mm. my grips are only 10mm.

I have a set of brand new (only mounted) RJX Razor (orange)500mm blades with a 10mm root....
- Length: 500mm (bolt hole to tip) - Width: 45mm - Root: 10mm - Bolt Hole: 4mm Not a mark on them... I went with 520mm blades instead and never looked back... these have been in the draw ever since... 50.00 shipped...can ship as early as tomorrow |
