Gonna have to try these settings. Bound my mCX to my DX6i tonight, changed nothing but model name. Flew very nice with no programing, be interesting to see how she does with this set up.

Thanks PinkFloyd, I actually had to adjust the throttle setting... the settings you provided compinsated perfectly for the "clack of death" I can turn in both directions at full speed really tightly with no issues what so ever, but the throttle settings are a bit harsh. It cuts the blades out at about mid stick. I adjusted the throttle curve to respond like it did fresh out of the box.

I tried PF's settings the day he offered them to me, but didnt like the throttle settings, and quickly adjusted them after I noticed how harsh the curve was.

Would you mind sharing the current throttle settings you are using?

Except for this part. This is what you do for the MSR to disable the automatic mixing of elevator and rudder that the 5-in-1 does for you. Why is this here in the MCX2 settings?

Default DX6i setting question

I have a new MCX2 and a DX6i, set to whatever the default is when you bind it. Works OK so far for what I'm doing using the stock pushrod position. (I just changed to the longer setting but haven't flown it yet (waiting for glue to dry). What is the effect from the default DX6i settings of the settings provided here?

And in particular, what is the affect of this setting:

MIX 1
RUDD> ELEV ACT
RATE D +31% U +36%
SW ON TRIM INH
