Thanks Helipainter, Vario is nice quality, but they leave most of the WAY you build them up to you, the so called instructions are very poor indeed, so unless the builder has a fair bit of experience, they WILL struggle with some areas of the builds.

Ok, with the turbine bolted to the fuz / skids, i now have the main rear former PLUS the top turbine to mount fitting bonded in, he he, fits like a glove

Just bonding in the turbine mechanics UPPER mounting plates, then, when cured, will remove the turbine complete with lower mechanics and bolt it to the testbench as my turbine oil will be here and i want to test run it on Wednesday

Turbine oil arrived today, bugger, still can't start it as i need a cap/valve for the butane tank, ordered, and should be here for the weekend.

Well, turbine runs great, no probs, just starting on the 2 top cowlings next, holes to open up, fixings to sort, want to finish the fuz before i start on the boom etc.

Ok, today opened up all the intake ducts, exhaust openings etc in the top cowlings, he he, looked like a snowman by the time i was done, just kept at it untill all dremeling and filing out of the way
