Tail Shake. Whats causing this?
Here is the events leading up to this problem. This is a flybarless Spectra G with a g260 PUH and SK540. First off I seized my first motor so I now have that fixed and running good but I set my coil gap to far apart so took it apart set gap to .012 and put back together. Next i added a Stator Gator and did the Malorie Mod to my throttle linkage. I finally got the govenor working but when it takes over the tail whips left to right about 1/2 in very fast and violent. It does it in N,IU1,and IU2 (1700-1800-1900 HS). I thought maybe something was out of alignment from the motor to the clutch and up. I loosened up everything and made sure all was running true and retightend. Spooled it up and have the same problem. Could the governor gain possible be affecting this? Not sure what else to check so any input would be greatly appreciated

Use a realy strong solvent like brake cleaner even try and heat them up before applying the solvent.
The oil comes out of the one way bearing. Before you pull it apart fly it and when the tail starts wagging snap the pitch open and climb out hard. If the wag stops its your clutch oiled up

UPDATE
Just a quick update. I took my clutch bell off and cleaned with industrial electrical degreaser along with skuffing up the metal shoes and bell liner. Put it back together and sorry to say that wasn't my problem. Still doing the same BS! On my electrics when I get my governor gain to high it will chatter my tail. I'm not sure what to do next? Please help

Has it flown successfully on the SK540 gov before?
Have you tried throttle curves? If so, what happens?

First time using the SK540 govenor on anything thats not electric. Last I flew it without the gov hooked up I didnt have none of these issues. I'm going to try it again with just throttle curves then i'll know if its my sk540 screwing things up. I'm looking at a GV-1 or GY701 next. I really hope I get this figured out because this helicopter has not been a good experience so far. Kinda wish I never bought it.

Just a question. Do your throttle curves match your gov setting's.
On my gasser setups the radio will hit the throttle curve first then the gov setting. I didn't set the throttle curve so the motor almost went to idle and then hit the gov setting. This whole time span was less then a sec but it did effect everything.

OP is flying a Spectra. OWB is in the maingear, not clutch bell like the Whip.
