Can you describe in some details what the problem is? Also mention what type of esc and receiver you're running.

Default esc

Its the rce-bl15b, the yellow one that comes on the 250 plus dfc rtf package. When I'm spoiling up the heli it takes me almost full throttle to get it off the ground. Once its off the ground and I softly pump the throttle a few times the helis motor quotes down and it fly great. I took it up to my lhs and talked to their heli guy who has been helping me set up my helis and described it to him and let him fly it to get his input and that's what he said it was. He said the governor was on and just needed to be turned off. Since I've never done a esc set up, I'm needing a little help to make sure I don't screw anything up.
