Default stripped zenoah muffler bolt hole

I know, this isn't a Bergen issue, but has anyone else had problems stripping the stud hole out of the engine? I've done it a couple of times. One would imagine that I was using too much Gorilla Wrench on it, but I'm just using an old OS engine flat wrench filed down on one side to fit. I can only get a thumb and an index finger on it and I don't feel I'm over tightening.

I've dropped Chris a PM asking if this is the right helicoil. I'd appreciate someone who knows about the proper size taking a look and validating part size at this line http://www.amazon.com/Metric-Coarse-...8&s=automotive

Anyone ever try JB weld or manage to put a nut on the 'back end' of the stud (I'm on my way to the basement to see if that's a possibility)

Thanks

O.K. you guys were too slow and Chris beat you all to the answer (took him about two minutes from the time I sent the email). The kit is good, JB weld melts at high temp (should have remembered that one). I'll be helicoiling as soon as I get the kit.

Update: Got the kit in the link above. Appears to work at advertized. I have the helicoil installed and the stud is nice and tight. The kit does not come with a drill bit though.
