About 40-50 flights on my stock 450 pro v2 3gx. The 3gx is mounted under the main gear and a spektrum ar6200 rx is mounted behind the anti-rotation bracket, i use a dx6i.

Hi. Your 450 looks great! Just curious, any reason you chose to not use satellites only? Your machine does still look very clean even with the receiver

To be honest, I had the rx laying around from when I had a trex250. When I sold my 250 the buyer didn't need it so I kept it. From the start of this build I wanted to be able to adjust gyro gain using my dx6i, since I knew using satellites I couldn't. BUT, now that I have it setup and flying good ill probably switch to sats and just set my gain in the 3gx software now that I know where it should be set at. Then again, other than the wiring being a pain, it works fine as is with no added cost to myself buying more pieces/parts.

Hope that made sense...

Agreed

I will never fly anything other than a Beastx. As you know, it is that good

I would highly recommend not mounting your FBL system with velcro.

No, it looks like you mounted the gyro with velcro (on the bottom).

Ah its not a velcro strap, its a 3M Reclosable Fastener, Clear (3x more stronger than a normal strap), I use it for accessibility of the usb port on SK.

In other words, 3M Dual-Lock ... still not a very good thing to mount a gyro with. I would recommend foam gyro tape

Yup I agree, as long as I'm done and satisfied with the settings I'll permanently mount it using gyro foam tape. As of now I'm experimenting at this stage, so far i have a low vibration logs and still flies great on sport flying..

Here is another shot with my new edge blades. They fly so much better than the align blades.

It's only 100% if you update to the v3 firmware
