I bit the bullet and ordered a new heli kit. Cant wait to start the build...

Kit, Rail 696 main blades, 106 tails,cc 120hv esc, and hacker 470kv motor. Titanium turnbuckels. Gotta save up some more for other parts now. Futaba sevors etc...
