FYI 8717's in the heli... You want CRACK on a 500... This delivers it to ya

Ok, maybe 6 but not 16.

I think $65 for both side, front servo mount bars, and built-in frame savers.

I try to reuse it until it won't stay on anymore.

won't help, I did a test for the gorilla gear and they had to change their slogan from "indestructable" to "almost indestructable"

nice frame there, how about the servos i got with my dx7? can thay be used bob?
it really bugs me how we can really never use the servos that come with the tx,
mmh bob what do you think?oh one more thing, you explaind how to get rid of ccpm interaction with the bubble leveler, works great,i have no swashplat leveler, will this get rid of the actions to without the bubble leveler?seems to me that on the padles the interaction is more extreme than on the swashplat eem right?

Default Next batch of frame stiffeners?

Kevin,

I've ordered both the front and rear stiffeners. I assume they'll ship when you get your next batch ready. Any idea when that might be?

Now that the TREX 500 has the Aluminum Bottom Bracket and carbon-fiber side-upgrades from Kevin, one of the only weak points left is around the battery mount. So, to address this, I'm pleased the announce the latest KDE Direct product for the 500 for sale, the Aluminum Battery Mount Upgrade.
Check it out at: http://kdedirect.com/500SeriesProducts.html

The finishing shop outdid themselves this time, with a mirror-like, clear anodize that is some serious bling! You can actually see the reflection of a plant sitting next to the upgrade in the attached images.

Thanks for everyone's support here on "The Freak"!

Thanks for the video Bob! I'm glad you and Duke are enjoying the design and like always, I have more KDE Direct products coming down the pipeline to practice your video skills on!

Kevin - I've installed your carbon frame stiffeners and these are great! My TREX 500 frame now looks bomb-proof...
