I need new things to cook..
Ok so im a good cook and i seem to cook the same things over and over cause my bf like it and i have made two new things he really loves eating but so that he dont get tired of same thing i would like new recipes.
Something simple, nothing with msg(he allergic to it), nothing hot or spicy, nothing nasty lol.... I have made rotel dip with pigs and blanket and tried to make home made chicken nachos but they are pretty good way i made em and we them so i think i did good lol yumm yumm ... anyway it time to go shopping again and just wonder if anyone had anything good they like to fix and eat that simple but yummy cause im out of idea and everything i see online looks to "fancy tv cookish " for me lol |

I'm a baker by trade but also have been in the industry for some time. What kind of food does your BF like. I'm from Hawaii so I could pass along some of our local favorites also.

try a shrimp alfredo or beef stroganoff.......Do you make your own hot wings or buy them already prepared? Spaghetti made with italian sausage and angel hair pasta is great too....

What kind of problems with the meatloaf? Key is to moisten the bread/bread crumbs with the egg and milk first so it looks almost like pudding. Then you can add in the ground beef and seasoning. Mix really well so no startch is visible. Another tip is to work the meat tightly so when it bakes it shrinks evenly. I normally shape mine on a cookie sheet in the shape of a French loaf then press down slightly.
I usually served roasted red ranch potatoes with my meatloaf. Just large dice them coat them with a little EVOO then some ranch powder (the ones that you use to make the dressing). Go easy with the seasoning as it can make it taste bitter. Coat well and bake on a sheet @400 till fork tender. I will send or post some pie recipes and some other dishes later. |
