Default Corgicowpockets straight up theif!!

Just a warning to fellow freaks that buy off RCGroups, sent corgicowpockets parts two weeks ago, he said he had never got the parts and wanted a refund, waited a few days to see if the parts came, he still said he didnt get parts, well the other day I refunded his money, Well low and behold he was caught selling the same parts I sold him i.e. blades were the determining factor the blades wer damaged with nicks in the same exact place as the ones I sold him all the proof of this is on RCG, as soon as I called him out on it he closed the for sale thread and cannot be reached , So DO NOT deakl with corgicowpockets at all unless you want to give your parts away for free

you know,I'm so sick of these people getting away with doing bad business and then op are defending them.i think the people that defend others who do wrong must be doing things wrong themselves and thats how they justify their own actions...

That is why you insure the items. That way if they "Don't get them" you get the money back.

It's one of the reasons I always offer the person insurance and tell them if they do not buy the insurance I am not responsible for if it gets lost.

You can say that, but you are still responsible.

What's going to stop me from filing a PayPal claim when it arrives in a condition other than you stated (or doesn't show at all) and you will not refund me?

You are absolutely right. Buyer can still file a claim. Insurance would be good for the seller in the event it did get lost. In this case, since buyer receive the items, Insurance would have served no purpose as the PO would have know the Items weren't lost.

Even tracking doesn't protect the seller from Paypal. Your best bet is to use Signature Confirmation.

As a seller you have no protection, especially with pay-pay. There have been so many shady sellers that all sellers are now considered guilty. A guy I know lost $900 and his parts because the guy filed a PP dispute as soon as he got the parts. PP always sides with the buyer. The only thing you can do is pull the money from your PP and say tough sh*t. It sucks having to do that, but you cant trust people. The feedback system on here helps alot, but even so, you have to worry about getting a product that is not AS DESCRIBED. I have received 2 helis in the past 2 months that were complete turds. One was dirty as hell and kinda slopped together, the other one had cracked and glued parts and some back yard mechanic used coarse thread screws that futaba supplies for mounting servo in wood, and this guy forced them into aluminum. part destroyed. You cant win over the internet unless you are a crook.
