Thanks for the info. I just ordered the 700e f3c V2 and I thought it actually came with the third block.

Skiddz, Wouldn't a more relevant idiom to use instead of thin ice that we can all understand be... You are flying with 2 bearing blocks or maybe you are flying with a recalled CC ICE 125. ?

I think thin ice is a bit more precarious than two bearing blocks

Especially if you're Vanila Ice.

Not only does it not come with the third bearing block, the main shaft is not long enough to reach the third bearing block. You need an extension pin, like the one that comes with the KDE part. No complaints from me though, I was thrilled to not have to drill the holes myself.

That's what I got with mine http://www.experiencerc.com/store/di...bb-p-8378.html .Wonder if Align will sale a longer main shaft so we don't have to use the pin, kind of a pain trying to hold everything in place while sticking the bolt through ..

Oh. I didn't realize you needed a main shaft extension for a third bearing block. I don't think I would like that idea at all. I guess I need to do more searching in the forums.

I only found 1 place online that had the F3C V2 (aligntrexstore). The guy there was very nice over email and even said other stores will probably have it in a week or so. They are 10 minutes away from Align USA so they can get new stuff quickly. I talked to a local hobby shop that can get things direct from Align USA though and they were able to order it for me. Align USA had stock last week (I ordered Wednesday). I should get it today or tomorrow.

I will have to send the CC ICE 125 speed controller back to Castle Creations like everyone else though unfortunately for the recall. I am a bit disappointed in that. I figured Castle Creations would have sent Align USA fixed ESCs so that new orders have fixed controllers in the box.
