BUMP

I have some exciting news.... Our field is having hard wired electricity installed in the next three weeks!

So, no need to bring a generator! (You're welcome to of course if you want!)

Hope to see you all there!

I must say, it's nice to have a club in CT that welcomes helis, especially to the point of having a heli only event.

Not mentioning any specific that don't..

Default New guy questions

OK, I'm new to event flying so bear with me...
There are size restrictions at these things right? A 450 anything... would be "highly discouraged."
All I've seen are some pictures and a few videos - saw the post for this event by accident.
Event details are promised - I saw that. However... there are always unwritten "suggestions" anyone who has been to one of these would know. Things like; It's geared toward really good pilots OR this would be a place you COULD actually get pointers from pros.

Basically... what can someone who hasn't been expect?
