Default CX2 drifting left when going forward

I know everyone's tired of all the drifting and swashplate questions on here, but I need some newbie help !

Ive got my CX2 in a pretty stable hover. Swashplate and linkages look good.
My issue is when I try to fly forward, it drifts to the left pretty significantly.
Left turn and Right turn seems fine normally.
I dont see or feel anything weighing the left side down.
Blades are new and I tested their balance and they seem fine.

Any thoughts ?

I think if it were me I'd take the blades off and run it up on a table or in my hand and watch the swash plate when moving the elevator servo. They can separate but it can be hard to spot it.

I don't know. You'd think it would drift during hover too if the swash was separated.

I run the control levers with my thumbs, and I have caught myself when applying forward elevator, the lever is leaning a little to the left or right instead of straight forward. This can cause the helicopter to veer one way or the other. (just a thought)
