Default Vibration on spool up?

Will a vibration on spool up before the head speed is up cause a problem? Once the head speed is stable, there aren't any vibrations, it's only during the soft start spool up. I have checked it on the bench with no main or tail blades and it's still there, but the swashplate does not react to the vibe, so I figure it will be ok, just thought I would ask. This is a brand neew build and only hovered once, so no parts should be bent. The heli is a guai 550 with a guai fes head.

THat is usually caused by having your blades too loose or tight (I know that sounds tupid, but either can cause probs. Also make sure that the blades are as straight as possible before spooling up

It does it without mains and tails. You are probably just seeing the resonance frequency of the heli as one with all the moving parts, boom etc. If it doesnt move the servos on the bench (use a hard smooth surface as this magnifies resonance when on the skids) I doubt you will have a problem.

Thanks, I got it sorted, the center hub in the head was not centering well when I tightened the pinch bolt. I lowered the headlock further on the shaft and now it's nice and smooth. Fort info on lowering the head, please check the gaui 550 forum.
