Another AC6 charger question
I was wondering when I first got this charger it took aroun 34-35min. to charge a 2200 11.1 3s Batt. Now after charging around 20 charges on different Batterys it takes around 50-60min. Any ideas? Thanks

Still the same charging amps, and # of packs that you're charging? (you could be doing multiples in parallel, I don't know)
What's the voltage of each cell before you start? You could have cells out of balance, so the balancer has to work hard to try and get them balanced? The charger's performance shouldn't change over time.

I try to not to discharge below 3.8, (usually my average.) I tried to charge 2 in parallel a couple of times but it took about 60mins. I'm doing nothing different.

An average of 3.8V is fine. But what are the individual voltages? If they are 3.81, 3.70, and 3.79V, then the balancer will have to work for a while to bring up cell 2, while holding back 1 & 3.
You should be able to get some hints from watching the charger. If you set it to 2.2A, it will go at 2.2A until a cell reaches 4.20V, then it will change from Constant Current to Constant Voltage. And it will keep them at 4.20V as the charge current gradually tapers off. Many chargers also don't start balancing until the Constant Voltage phase. On my charger, if I go to the detailed screen that shows the voltage of each cell, it will show the too-high cell as blinking, if that is the one that the balancer is trying to hold back while the others catch up (eg- it is aleady at 4.20V, but the others are only at 4.12V and 4.19V). Where does the charger spend most of this new extra time? And what do the individual cell voltages show around the start of the Constant Voltage phase?
