Default HH bl soldering help

I got nano in a trade yesterday and it came with an hh bl upgrade. I want to resolder everything to the 3n1 unit but couldn't find much info on this. I think i know what to do i just want to make sure its setup correct. Is there a soldering diagram for this or a post with good instructions? Any info would be appreciated

Black is your negative and white is positive.
Take the heat shrink off the board and desolder the two power wires. Trim the 3n1 wires to the length you need to make it to the esc then tin them. Get some 26 awg wire I believe and solder it to a new battery connector don't use the small provided ones. Then solder those to the esc and secure it.

I don't know if the signal point will still correctly function on this board like it does with the BLheli conversions. If it will then you can solder your signal wire to the left side leg of the main motor fet looking at the boards front. Otherwise just plug it into the main motor output from here. Tho direct solder is a better connection.

Thanks for the info it was very helpful. Just one question for a temperary setup until i get better wire and figure out the signal point, do the power cables have go from the battery to the esc then the board or can i leave the stock battery connector connected to the 3n1 and wire the esc power wires to the other side?

You want to bring power to the esc first then the 3n1 that way the main motor can get a sufficient current supply then the 3n1 and tail gets the rest which is less demanding. That's why I cut the 3n1 wires to length and solder that to the esc.

Ok cool so it will work that way its just better having the power go the esc first. I will just solder the battery cable to the esc and then from the esc to the board for now. Thanks again for the help much appreciated.

Also does anyone know if soldering the signal wire to the main motor fet will work with the hh bl kit
