Default Nervous Tail

I am having a bit of a time nailing down the tail on my A5.5.
Running Demon 3X on Ver 201, a BLS251 @17mm and KBDD 96mm's at ~2600 on the head.

The tail seems to hold well in fast backwards but sounds very nervous like to high gain or a Goblin tail.
I am not able to get it to hold solid so far on punch outs or even quick collective jabs.
Everything seems nice and free. My next course of action will be to use a 'Revo Mix' in Demon software.
Any other suggestions before I go there? Maybe try some 105's even at this head speed?

Main Gain has been as high as 80 lowering P gain to 13 to compensate.
Had to do Revo at 3 or 4 to get a decent hold but I'm still not happy with it as it is.

Got the file, thanks. Are you also running FW 201?
Looking at your servo endpoints I see they are 75 and 81 versus my 120 and 110.
What distance are you out on servo horn?
I am right at 17mm using Mikado carbon arm. I may try stepping out to 20mm hole if I don't see any progress with tuning.

Rigid tab we are both the same using Popo's recommended settings for 550/600.
My Head gain is 63 if I remember.

I am at 20mm on the head but 17mm on the tail.
Where are you running your tail ball at?

17mm on the tail anything close or far causes some really unrealistic settings in the demon :p

Weird then we have such different endpoints. Are you using full slider travel?
I'll double check mine to be sure.

I'm using the ebar and I have a solid tail on 2300,2500 and 2600 rpm but with stock KDS carbon fiber 95, arm on 17, stock servo.

Since Livedemon has your same controller will be a good idea to find out what servo is he running and what tail blades to try to be fair to the fbl controller.

Thanks!

am using 3x with stock blades 17mm ball dist and yes there is a slight offset in the mechanical setup of slider ...i hink 2-4 degrees it gives me equal stop on both sides and a firm tail with just 2 revo mix and am using rjx HV servos stock arm last hole has 17mm distance ...cyclic metal stock servo arm second last hole having 20mm ... and my travel is setup just before the tail starts to bind near the tail case

Weird we have same horn length but such different end points.
Guess the servo makes up the difference.

yup it has got to be the servo ...whats the speed on your tail servo cause i guess .01 sec difference will cause different values to show up in the settings

Can't see how speed would effect endpoints. Resolution would. If mine had finer res, more steps it could be the cause.

I will try your gain settings with my servo setup and see where it gets me.
Was hoping to get out today but it is friggin snowing (again) up here and is just depressing. Monday was 23* Celsius and today flurries, Blast this never ending winter.
