I've never bought a premade one before, but there easy to make.
Get a carbon tube from the lhs that the metal one fits in. Cut the threaded end off 1" past the threads and epoxy it in the tube. After wrap the end of the carbon tube with some thread around it to keep the end from splitting and either CA or epoxy it. I usually heat shrink over the thread as well for a clean look, but it's not necessary. Be careful cutting carbon as it splinters easily and of course the dust is no good to breathe.

The other approach is to just buy one at Tarot RC Heli

Or just go with the metal ones.

I had bought this. It's very flexible, almost as much as the metal rod. Also the support guide is made out of very soft plastic and it broke after about 10 flights or so. In all I would not recommend it as it had no direct benefit over the metal one. Possibly a hollow carbon rod would be better but it needs to be VERY stiff else you'll get worse tail performance than the stock metal rod (the rod would flex under load, while the metal one has he guides to support it and has minimal flex if the guides are secured properly)
