Thank you for being patient with me on the phone and taking the time to help me with my tail grip install. After talking with you on the phone I'm going to tear into this thing and check it over.

I'll post pics of the finished product and will have a good friend of mine help me with the setup with a weekend maiden.

Love the customer service at Bergen. The new guys really appreciate the help.

I've never talked directly to the owner of any business. Imagine all the phone calls/questions he has to answer when a new guy buys a helicopter. He has a way more patients that I do

Ya ,, it makes it hard for those of us that live close enough to go to his shop and talk or buy parts ,,we can hardly get a word in edge wise before the phone rings and off they go for another hour But I still love being able to even do that , I have even called on Sun and got them to open up for a part or two .. That is service
