Got my white MIA canopy today. I think I will be painting in some windows. However, I think the fake CF one is growing on me as it looks more like a drone with the carbon fiber. I will have to see what I think of the white one. Should be more visible I would think.
Will post pics later this week.

That TDR one looks awesome though!

Here is my MIA canopy. I really like it. It flies well and no ballooning just like F A M E R S canopies. It is durable and light. I don't know if I will be putting the stickers on it may keep it like this it looks good like this to me.

Be blessed

UPDATE:

The helifreak inspired "mod-quad" flies great. And I think the outward angled thrusters actually add a bit of stability over the stock 90 degree setup. I used a training gear center for the frame, modded blade cp tail motor mounts for...well...motor mounts, lol and 6mm solid cf rod for the booms. I haven't tried rolling it over yet but when I do I will be sure to try to post a nice video

I got the white MIA canopy the other day. Dont bother with the colored ones, they are more fragile than the Phantom CF one. Mine ripped just putting it on! Mind you, my booms are thicker due to the LED wireing and tubing that I have on the booms. But still, it ripped too easily. The Phantom is much better and as I said before, looks more like a drone with the carbon finish. I just wish it was real carbon fiber.

Personally, I like the Phantom much better.

Well my sinewinder (knightrider) lights came in the other day, I'm waiting on a new 4 in 1 board and some other parts before I make the install permanent. I'll keep the old board as backup. Anyways here is a short vid showing how I'll probably set them up. I think I'll wire them into the main power since they run on 3v. I covered the front of the lights with black tape to hide the circuit board, and siliconed a thin strip of black plastic to the back to reinforce them. The added weight should be minimal and I can always pull that stuff off if its effects flight to much. I would guess mods or not the thing only weighs a couple grams, especially once I cut off the excess wire I won't need when I wire it to power plug.

Should help with orientation too at least when its not to bright, which I definitely need

Well looks like you should probably email him to make sure he is taking orders at the address he gives for his pay pal account. I guess you could just send payment and put in the notes what you want, but I'd personally wanna make sure by talking to him about it first.
Paypal: frank.lachmund@web.de Its the same one listed on his contact page so I assume he checks it. You can also use the form on his contact page to write him.

Other then that you can try ebay, he has one up at the moment though....and its orange ;(
