According to the Align website, If I buy the combo with the HV servos I need a Lipo 2s 1900-2300 . and then:
What 2s lipo 1900 - 2300 would you recommend? As would be the connection? I do not want to be plugging and unplugging the battery from the FBL unit Anyone have photos or a diagram of how to use. Thanks in advance

Personally, I like the separate 2S pack, cause you can charge it once and fly your electronics most of the day. A 2S 2600mAh or 3600mAh and even 5000mAh battery will serve you well. Pulse batteries, NRG Outrage or Proggressive RC's Spyder batteries are all great choices. Hope this helps you.

FYI, I'm running the Align HV servos, and at 8.4V I can get my vBar to brown out. At 6V it's stable. So at this time I would only recommend a 2s LiPo and not a BEC in the 700e DFC if you want to run HV to the servos.
I was using a WR Hercules Super BEC (the $100 14s one). |

This is a common misconception for servos. The higher the voltage to a servo motor, the faster it moves, the more torque it generates and therefore the more current it consumes. If the output power remained a constant, then this would be true. But instead it increases dramatically with voltage.

It comes with the considerably more expensive HV servos.

What about resolution guys. I am very conserned being not optimal for a CGY750, V-Bar or other units than the 3GX. Any information about that?
If someone can convince me about that I will buy one. Otherwise I will probably go for a GAUI X7 this time.

The resolution is OK because the new swashplate comes with two ball-link positions.

And like previously mentioned: use the inner hole on the swash. Other option would be the extended grip arms from KDE: http://www.kdedirect.com/TREX700MRHAXT.html Tim
