Default LiPo puffed after crash? How to tell?

Hi Folks.

I had a crash with my T-Rex 450 a while ago and now I don't trust that battery anymore, that was in there when it went into the ground.

How can I test a LiPo whether or not it is puffed, when there's no visual damage?
It's one of those Parkzone 3S LiPo's el-cheapo thingys.
I think it might be puffed, but I don't know. Can I charge it at, say, 0.5C or better discard it?
What would happen if I charge a puffed Lipo? Would that impose a fire hazard?

Does it bulge and feel like there's air under the covering? If not, it's not puffed.

Experience is something you gain only after you need it.
I wouldn't mind social media so much if it didn't involve people.
