Most important 'upgrade' I did was to order 4 Turnigy chargers and 8 Zippy-H 2200 lipos. Gave me more raw stick time than ANY other possible mod.

I have noticed people dont put the carbon boom on there 450 Pro's,i hope there is not some nasty reason for that,as for batteries i only have 10 at the moment, none of them under 25c constant.1800mah>2450mahs and i only have one Bantam BC6 charger....and Slyster, you are clearly addicted to these machines

So I'm not the only one with 8 batteries dedicated to the 2 450Pros

I'm just planning to go the G3 route. Two batteries one charger and 5C charging. I'm nearly up and away by the time I can change batteries

Hey Toddress - consider the upside: all the money you'll now have to spend on parts/batteries/upgrades... ya know, all the stuff you need

G3 lipos really sound promising. I still like the fact that I can do all my chargning at home the night before flying. I don't like field charging... but WILL change my mind when I get G3s

i dunno man, i think the best setup is 6 hyperion G3s with the hyperion duo and my 40 amps 15 volt power supply. I forgot the name of it but its the one hyperion recommends and cost about $300.

Anyways, i can charge 2 at a time, 10 amps on each side, im usually done in 12 minutes for both batteries. BOO YA slyster beatcha baby!

Yea butters but for the cost of your setup slyster could have 20+ zippy's charged and ready before he even leaves the house

Wow, you only need 4 batteries and one charger for pretty much continuous non-stop flying all day long! That's pretty cool.

hyperion > zippys

true 20 zippys are a must because zippys in general suck. power curve sux and so does life time.

Nice plane! I bet you can fly it more than 12 minutes on two bats.

I assume everyone knows how to make a 6s to 2X 3s splitter right? I have two splitters and chargers so I can charge 4 at once without paying the price of 4 chargers. buying a splitter from hobby city is only like 2 dollars.
