Question Setting up the 4 servo SkyFox head ?????

I was given a real nice Vario UH-1B that was in pieces. The body in now finished and the SkyFox mec's are in. I'm at the piont now where I am wiring up the servos and need some input on the how too's. Its a 4 servo head, ie: 2 aleron and 2 elevator. I'm using an Airtronics RD8000 Transmitter and have no idea how to set up for this head comfiguration, and no idea where to plug in the servos on the reciever. Are there any manuals for this thing that can be downloaded ?

Default

ELEVATOR - 1
AELERON - 2
THROTTLE - 3
RUDDER -4
GYRO - 5
PITCH - 6
SECOND AELERON - AUX CHAN 7

Once you have done that, move your collective/throttle to mid stick,
set all the arms at 90o to the swash, and then ensure all your push rods are the same length..

The challenge comes when you add full collective, ensure there is no binding, way to check is to pop off one of the links and check the swash against you holding the push rod, it may be fine at mid stick, but as you move to the extremes they may bind which a lot forget about... - the way to get round this is to adjust the end points and travel for each servo...

Or go for a 3 servo setup... i use Futaba 9206, on my large machine, which is bigger than most of the scale fuses, 3 is fine, and no binding...

On the higher spec radios there is a little mix to take out any interaction between the servo on a 4 servo setup... unless you have that mix, i would try and get it the best you can...

If not go to a 3 servo setup
