Default The new YGE 200 ?

Just curious is anybody has any feedback ? I'm sure its a great product, I need to grab an esc for my Urukay which will be my first 14s bird. I'm looking at this and a Kontronik, obviously this is a way better price tag.

I do have a yge90lv in my 380 goblin and seems to be great. Its my first yge, I've never had a kontronik esc either. Till now all castle with zero issues. So its hard for me to swallow these price tags BUT I do appreciate quality when I see it, I can see my yge 90lv is in another league to the castles, just wish it had a gui.

I'm planning to drive an xnova 4535-460kv in the urukay. I find the built in bec of the kosmik appealing but I've never had a hiccup with my western bec's either. So its all a win win scenario by the looks of things haha. I do already have a prog 3 yge card so I don't need to buy more accessories in that regard.

I have the YGE 160 HV in my Urukay running a Pyro 850-50 motor no issues at all. And I have been pushing it pretty hard lately. I also run a WR BEC on the BK servos set to 8.2 v from memory.

The YGE 200HV with Xnova will be no problem. BTW the SAB heat sink option for the Urukay and YGE is superior quality and fits realy nice

What heat sink option ? You mean the upper esc mount ? I have that but its gonna need some customizing with the SAB heat sink motor mount.

And then the packs are carried way lower, isn't the lesser of two evils to throw the esc in the bottom position and keep the packs up tighter ?

I mean part number H0165-S. http://www.goblin-helicopter.com/sho...ducts_id=23029

It won't effect your battery space at all.

Here is how I did it https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=694289

Some installed photos https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...=668901&page=2

Dam, I just realized that the 200A will likely have different mounting tab locations than the 160A.

Sorry dude, this SAB heat sink may not work with the 200A

It's a phase sensor cable used for running governor with the esc and fbl unit.

Ok. Thanks... why has yge not made a 160/200 esc with a bec in it to compete with kontronic or the new scorpion commander 160 sbec or the new hobbywing 160 thats coming out soon?

+1 Not so NewB user.

And a big +1 to YGE quality, I have a 60amp MSH version w/ the built in phase sensor.
For a while I was pulling 70+ amps through it nearly every time I loaded up the rotor. The YGE took it in smile, even with poor ventilation.
