Oh man that blows. I would be irritated every time I looked at that mispelt name.
The Custom painters must be under the pump at the moment cause I got a custom Atom canopy and they actually forgot to put the Fusuno logo on it.
Never seen that before.

Your canopy looks cool dude.

Default Finally done!

I finally have it finished. Hoping to do the maiden flight this coming Sunday.

Here's a few pics. I know it's nothing special but it's mine so I want to show it off.

I knew it had a low profile but was suprised it's as low as it is. It's not that much taller than my 500 and that's with the head in the higher position. You can sure see a size difference though when it's hanging on the wall next to my 500 and 400.

If I get to maiden it Sunday I'll try to get some better pics. Only thing I wish I would have done different is make a less bulky power harness. I'll get by with it for now though and I really like the seperate BEC connector. I found if I fold the harness over the top of the packs the canopy fits better. I also have some RCBooya mounts in the mail. Hoping those get here by the weekend.

I'm sure I will Kev! Might have to move my anticipated maiden from Sunday to Saturday because it's calling for snow here on Sunday.

Probably the same reason I put an extra connector on mine: easier maintainability and troubleshooting of the electrical system. However, I made my BEC connection semi-permanent with a piece of heat shrink tubing.

I use the same method of powering the radio when I use a BEC. It's nice to be able to power the RX/servos with out worry about the motor spinning up.

Exactly. That's the main reason I went that route. Might change my mind in the future but leaving it for now.

My new 6hv. After my fusion took a dirt nap still under investigation. I bought this used 6hv and swapped all my stuff over. Except the scorpion motor and castle esc. I took 12 hours on Saturday redoing almost everything on the 6hv including wire looming everything. Looks clean and I'll do this with all my helis from here on out.

I hovered it that night after spending 12 hours on it. Seems very light. Gonna pick up some SAB blades because I like them on my Atom. Plus I could use the spare. I have everything else to rebuild this thing if I crash except blades. And I need batteries bc my 3600's from my fusion are way too big. I used the 2600 packs from my 500 for the test flight. Waiting to get to a big space to open her up. Tail felt good in normal. Time will tell. Might open her up on thanksgiving since I dont have to work. Gonna pick up some Sky Lipo 3000's soon. Maybe black friday sales.

And I will get better pictures soon.

Thanks Bill. Glad it is already flying. I am sure you will find it an outstanding machine.

I did finally find a full set of black gears for the Fusion, by the way.

I will still be happy to give you the white gears from mine, if you decide you want to do a rebuild on yours.
