Pretty disappointed
Well I ordered some new parts for my Atom to try and fix a slight tail bobble and make sure everything was 100%. I got a main pulley (mine was slightly warped where the screw goes through into the locknut) and a new tailshaft as mine was bent. I get the main gear instead of the pulley (no big deal, sent it back and Mike swapped it out for the pulley) and the tail shaft. So I go to install the parts, (I had the whole heli torn down, total rebuild as I hadn't flown it but 5 times in a year and wanted to be OCD and "check all the loctite") first thing I notice, the new pulley I got doesn't have a cavity on the side opposite the locknut cavity for the m2 screw head, the jesus bolt won't go through into the locknut enough to hold. I had to dremel a cavity out for the screw head.
Then on to the tail hub.. I rebuilt the tail components from the tail case out, made sure everything was smooth, wasn't binding at all. I go to put the grips and bearings on the tail shaft, all looks fine, but apparently the outer tapper is coming down just a little bit too far on each side, making the bearings and grips bind up when the bolts are tightened down. The hole for the grub screw wasn't threaded correctly and stripped when putting the grub screw through the hub and into the shaft.. I tried to rethread it and tighten it down again and broke my 1.5 driver head. That was probably my fault though. What the heck is going on compass! 0 for 2!

Mike at prostar took care of me as always. Turns out that is how the main pulley is molded now (haven't bought one in about 2 years so i guess it changed in that time). There should be a note somewhere reflecting that you should probably use a M2.5x20-24mm shanked hex bolt now as the standard M2.5x16mm jesus bolt isn't quite long enough to thread into the nylon locnut.
there was a machining error on my tail hub so mike is sending me out a new one that hopefully will work. One of the end holes in the hub was milled too deep so when i tightened the bolt on the end down it made the grip bind up on the shaft. Hopefully the new hub will solve that problem.

The only disappointment about the Atom 500 is that you can't seem to find kbdd dampers.

Glad you got it resolved, Sam.
Mike and Adam do a superb job of taking care of their customers!
