I'm led to believe that 105 paddles are overkill and that 90's are a better choice.
Thats apparently what Alan is using??

Stick a Muscle pipe on it!

No idea about pumped or not...

Where have you ordered yours from?
Cheers,
Rob

Be patient... I supposed that the 1st batch will be provided to dealers (demo purposes), team pilots, and the ones who will be very quick in the US then the following ones will be provided to overseas markets.

So you should be among the first ones to get it...

I hope that I'll be able to fly it very soon on Reflex XTR to calm me down

I sure hope so. I am planning to get the OS engine as recommended. I may even get a second kit to experiment (Gasoline, or Diesel engine)

As long as it doesn't adversely impact the performance, I don't see any issues with overkill. I can't wait to see it!

Augusto has this to say on the subject...
----------------------------
Paddle action is proportional to the paddle size but also and most importantly it's proportional to the flybar length because it determines the perimeter air speed on the paddle. The Aurora uses 555mm flybar so 105mm paddles are excessively large.
----------------------------

Which is a bit of a swine as I happen to have just purchased some 105's for mine (when i get it...) so, ahem, anyone want to buy a brand new set of V Paddles - M4 by 105mm

Besides, if they're (95's) good enough for Alan, Danny and Steven, then I think they'll do for me
Cheers,
Rob

sell em to someone with a raptor 90. The 95's are slow for the r90.

How did he get it? Is he on the Avant team, or one of those 'special' customers?

I was at the North Notts fly-in this weekend and Steven Gerrard was there with his Aurora.
It's a stunning machine and wow is it light!
I think he was having some issues with a vibration on it somewhere, but he still managed to fly it in his usual awesome style.

A joy to watch, as ever.

I want one even more now
Cheers,
Rob

I know this is off topic but didn't feel it was necessary to make a new post for a quik answer. Is the aurora manufactured in the US or is it imported.
