Lightbulb CB180D/Q. Mod pix with tail UPGRADE.

Hi all. Hope you are having fun in the sun with the cb180 helies.

Hi corry hope your bird is going well.

Here are a few more pix of the CB180D and the CB18Q after a few days of M.O.D.S. The tail on both birds has been replaced from the flimsy and under-powered 3-BladeTail-Rotor to the 2-blade from the Syma 9057 2ch park-flyer, This is a much more flexable plastic and has TWICE (x2) the tail power of the 3-blade (NOTE this tail Mod needs some trimming of the blades and re-fitting the shaft to the spline).

The CB180Q has had a battery box re-fit with the under-carrage of the Syma 2ch 9079 (Heaps stronger and more landind gear atached). The blue canopy (looks cool) is from the Syma 9057 as well.

The Syma park-flyers cost me about $25Au and most parts are interchangable with the CB180 series, with a dremil tool and a bit of glue...hehe.

Have fun at all cost and remember " its only a HOBBY Mate!!! no matter the cost $$$"

Smile Stock Parts...What are they ???

Hi again Corry. I think you might have just about got the drift of the Pix...

180 What?
Who makes that heli and where do I buy one...hehe..

They both still have the Walkera RX (Brainless but adquite) and both bind with the WK2402 well, but that is about it for "STOCK". They still fly and pose a big chalange at times but who of us isnt up for a challange...

Who knows they may just end up stock very soon and on display, I have been devoting a lot of time to my bigger 6ch ccpm helies and there are only so many hrs in a day to play so somthing will have to go on the shelf for a while.

I am also looking at buying the CB180z Brush-LESS. Just to add to the 180 range.

Keep the bird in the air at all cost$$$
