Sorry to see it go in today Vinny like it did but it will be back, better than ever

This was bad to see.

But good to see he got a wicked sense of humour.

Vinny will confirm but I think he over compensated on a rainbow while close in and it went in HARD!!!!.

The front pack got ejected of the heli by 15ft on impact and was smoking like a good un, lucky it came off as that would have done some serious burn damage.

yep as ben says, was doing rainbows, corrected too much to keep it straight so corrected again but the same way,had also punched in a bit of collective to get it a bit higher at the same time as the correction which turned into knifedge with collective coming at me in an unexpected orientation, tried in vain to save it but made things worse....

it was a scary situation and as ben has also said,it went in hard but luckly didnt damage any electronics....22 items required to fix it including new frames,24 items including blades and canopy, should be in the air for the wkend
