Could you explain in what way the heli feels more like FB after changing that parameter? I haven't flown FBL at all so I'm not familiar with all the differences.

For me the difference just comes down to stability. With the FBL everyting just feels more stable. When your flying across the field it just feels like the heli is on rails and its not going to fall off unless you change the stick input.

The stock BeastX setting feels like a FB with a ton of expo. Raising the "G" parameter setting increases the cyclic response around center stick. Also, for all of you BeastX users out there who feel like messing around. Fire up your BeastX with the "G" setting off and note the servo speed. Now crank up the "G" setting and notice how much faster your servos are on the bench.....kinda interesting. Matt

Me too! I fly one until it crashes, then switch to the other. Love 'em both, just different.

Don't know if it will happen but I am hoping to go full size V-Bar on all before summer starts.

MEEEE!!!

I love mine. It's been running absolutely perfect for the past 6 months. Finally getting the SK720 dialed in, despite not knowing what the hell I'm doing. Just got a tiny bit of tail movement on aggressive stick inputs.

I've got enough spare parts to make it through 3 or 4 minor crashes, and a complete frame set for a major crash. I'm stock piling anytime I get spare cash. Alot of parts going on clearance at Heli Direct.... I hope they're still getting produced. Maybe it's just a temporary sale.

What I REALLY need is more LiPos!!!

Well, I just got mine from Scott (his backup) and was able to fly it today. Got two flights on it and wow, I am impressed! Such a great, stable flyer.

I can't wait until tomorrow to get some more flights on it.

4 packs today. Knock on wood, but I haven't had any mechanical failures in 146 flights.

I still love mine! If I could find another anti rotation housing I could build an additional one.

I read this thread, loaded mine in the car and went to the local school.

The locals were playing soccer. that is not even a real game!!!

I ran a pack out in my side yard- I forgot what a nice machine this is. Is Outrage nuts for discontinuing it or what?

Heh. I'd just get it. Tear it apart and throw all the parts in the parts bin.

What heli?
