Default t-rex metal control level

hi there everyone, just need an advice. Well i have a T-rex 450X, one of the first rexxies on the planet and i have started to make some upgrades. Right now, i have installed:
Align New Metal Tail Rotor Parts
Align Metal Tail Drive Gear Assembly
Align Metal Tail Unit
Align 3K Carb Fbr Vert/Horzntl Stab.
New tail boom 347mm(before was 322)
New blades 325mm fiber
Also one of the best invesments, the ball link kit to remove all the Z connectors on the servos.

Right now i was thinking on the ALing metal control level which mine is plastic but i dont know if it will make difference.

I love this heli and someone can say get the 450SA but i have some kind of sentimental thing with this lol(my dad gave me this for xmas with radio, gyro, etc...everything to make it RTF).

No need to go metal with that part really. I've got a plastic one on my V2 and that isn't a source of any issue.

Are you using the Align fiber main blades or carbon fiber? The fiber ones are not any good for 3d type stuff. Many get dooped into those thinking they are carbon fiber.

Since you've made some changes to the rear make sure that you've got the right main and tail drive for that rear stuff. There are two different gear reductions available. I think if you went metal you have the setup designed for running a higher headspeed. And so you'll have to get your headspeed up higher...otherwise the tail will not be spinning like it should and you'll loose your tail power.

The V2 does not have that part... Yes, the metal lever will take out a lot of slop. Does your stock lever have ball bearings or bushings?
