I need some help. My harddrive broke on my computer and I had to download the Hyperion PC suite again. The new version, however, won't work on my 5.86 firmware (Thanks for that Hyperion) and when I try to update my charger I get the error code "Device ID not found!!". I have tried to reinstall Slicion Labs drivers, I've tried all USB ports and different cables and I have tried powering the charger with both my power supply and a 5s LiPo. Nothing works. Can someone please help me out?

I feel your pain. Loading and updating Hyperion software and firmware has always been a huge pain, and the last update was no exception.

My only suggestion is to carefully uninstall EVERYTHING, including removing the drivers in Device Manager, and then just keep trying every variation you can think of until it finally works. Sorry, but that's what it took for me. You could always try Hyperion support.
